Once you created your e-mail
body, you're ready for the tricky part - merging the customer
detail information with the body of your e-mail. The
surprising part is - it's not really that tricky! First,
make sure the document containing the body of the e-mail is
open. Then, from the Tools menu select Mail Merge...

the Mail Merge Helper dialogue box, select Create>Form

from the Mail Merge Helper, click Get Data to
choose where your customer details are coming from (Diagram

Open Data Source... from the drop down box (Diagram 5).

 Browse
until you find the file that contains the customer detail
information you setup in Step 1. Click
